Return and Exchange Policy
- All returned products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Once the returned items are received back they will go through a quality check if it pass all the parameters then we will issue credit in your walkurban’s wallet. Item will have to be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery
- All exchangeable products must be in unused condition and should only be exchanged within 7 days.
(Note: Products can be exchanged only once)
- Reverse pickup by our courier partner is only available for the pin code supported for the reserved pickup by our courier partner. This process takes 7 to 10 working days from the date of rising return request.
(Note: If customer pin code is not supported for pickup, they need to self ship the product to us. We will credit your walkurban’s wallet with credit worth of 100rs in lieu of shipping cost.)
- To self-ship pack the item securely to prevent any losses or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packing intact. You can courier products using any cost effective courier solution or speed post to the following address
- If customer wants refund in their account only those customers who have paid online will get the money back to the same card or wallet from which original payment was made. In case of any sort of manufacturing defect you can mail us at cs@walkurban.in, will help you out.

Refund Policy
- What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund against any item in your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order.
- Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable, wherever applicable.
- How long does the refund process take?
Refund will process through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days, in case of COD we will need your NEFT details to process funds. NEFT process will need to 2-4 days to initiate the refund.
- I haven’t received my refund yet what should I do?
We update our customers through email once the refund process has been initiated, if our last email state that we have initiated the refund process kindly wait for the process to complete. For queries you can write us at cs@walkurban.in

- What is the Shipping Policy of Walk urban?
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
- What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
- Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Walk urban provides Free Shipping for prepaid orders above Rs 700. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all orders of Rs. 700 or below. COD services are chargeable.
