• All exchangeable products must be in unused condition and should only be exchanged within 7 days.

• Reverse pickup by our courier partner is only available for the pin code supported for the reserved pickup by our courier partner. This process takes 7 to 10 working days from the date of rising exchange request.

(Note: If customer pin code is not supported for pickup, they need to self ship the product to us. We will credit your walkurban’s wallet with credit worth of 100rs in lieu of shipping cost.)
